If Obama and the Dem leadership are giving Senator Nelson a hard time, the Republican leadership in Congress should reach out to him, and invite him to join the Republican Party, and give him an attractive job in the senate.

I think we should contact the Republican leaders in the Congress, and also the RNC. The RNC phone number is: 1-202-863-8500

Nelson has a prolife and pro2nd amendment record, so why not?

This is Chicago Politics at it's best, any opposition to anything this administration wants to push thru will be bought out, threatened, and if that doesn't work your family will be harassed as in the case of Joe Lieberman's wife being threatened with losing her job. How's the hopey changey thing working out for those who were deceived into voting for someone they knew nothing about. Maybe in the next election the voters will do some fact checking about all the candidates that they will vote for instead of just believing what the majority of the left wing media says and prints.

Let's hope next time voters will do their RESEARCH before they pull that lever. We get the govt. we deserve.

I don't think the 'far left radicals' will let this go. The 'far left radicals',(the van jones type) not the real dems, are hell bent on creating a socialist society and think obama is just the guy to pull it off. The 'far left radicals', such as van jones are self proclaimed socialist/communists. They were the ones who gave themselves that name.

They have worked hard and long to make this socialist agenda come to fruition. I believe that even the 'real dems' don't want this agenda to progress forward.

2010 will be an interesting election year for this sitting congress. I wonder if and how far the 'far left radicals' will go to railroad the process. IMHO

The far left has taken over the Dem Party (except for a few politicians). It's not our parents' Dem Party.

Who cares what the White House wants......it's a fly by night admin, as all of them are.....it doesn't even matter if it works this generation or not......as
long as the next generation or 2 it shines like the light in the dark.....which actually it may if all other threads in the fabric of America change....and
it seems they are......

Pioneers or whiners??????

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

STOP BEING GOOD DEMOCRATS---STOP BEING GOOD REPUBLICANS--START BEING GOOD AMERICANS
