Wow what a surprise again.  The Reps in charge spending money like they are printing it in the basement.  Ethics board lost its teeth once ST took over.  Wonder where GP is on this.  I wonder where the ever so brilliant attorney and consultant Tom Buchanan was looking when this happened.  He likes to think he was pulling all the strings.  Has he resigned yet?  Does he know he should?

I am shocked, shocked by the audit findings. Don't look at the horrible town audit keep your focus on some secretary that got canned?.

Latest intel suggests a criminal probe launched by the Gov in waiting.  Special prosecutor and FBI files from yore are back in play.  Its getting darker for the Town Reps, Public Works Coordinator and the former law firm.  Tip of the iceberg I am told.  WOW!

I'm not impressed by your "intel" - but if true, it's a black eye for everyone in Rotterdam, not just the republicans.

Haven't you learned, the "blame Bush" game didn't work, so it's time to rethink your strategy.  Same goes with the current administration.

You wish!    This forum isn't one of those things where "if you dream it, it will happen."  Get real.

I'm excited to hear the results of the "criminal probe."  Because I have seen many audits, and if there is a violation of law, it's simply stated in the audit report.  Here it was at best an unethical, discretionary issue.  Nothing more, nothing less.

Agree with you 100%.  The Dems (and Cons, so they say) need to focus on improving the current TB rather
than trying to discredit the former administration.   Suggestion of a possible criminal probe is an amateur
diversionary tactic!

Who cares.....in this town EVERYONE is related regardless of party affiliation........I'm sure it could be traced back to other parties and previous generations.......

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

I'll be upfront with this.  First, I have not read the entire audit, but I did read the reply that Tommasone gave to the audit, replying back to the powers that be.  Do you know that for the reply, then-Supervisor Tommasone stated that the contract that needed to be put out per the audit would be done in the upcoming spring, months after he would be out of office?  This just makes him look horrible.

Normally, I would, but it was a matter of how much time I had at the moment and the fact that I came across that page as I flipped through the PDF.

Peeper - They are feeding you information so you disappear.  You are a little too far up their a$$e$. If what you
say is gospel, the Feds would have brought the hammer down already.  You were looking for the big payoff in this
last election, the most you got is part time in the senior center.

Beats the alternative I have first hand knowledge but I can't talk about it.

You, can't talk about it?  That's unusual...because usually you are being totally rude and running your mouth in the back of the town board room.  In the words of Arlen Specter....act like a lady!
