As for the disabled children being the turning point in the argument, you are flat wrong.  While I believe it should be the primary issue for Spring's firing, it wasn't that critical here. The TB made the decision to go ahead because the planning board's consideration was based on issues that were outside of it's scope.  That coupled along with bad handling of the previous administration were the primary reasons for deciding this issue.

I really wish I could satisfy your hunger for the 'facts' you are looking for. Just connect the dots. It doesn't take a rocket scientist here. The last administration wasn't dupped.....this one was!
