MM--don't be such a fool.  She would love to know she was fired.  Because in that case she STILL has a case against the Town.  The Reps had to ELIMINATE her job because there was no reason to fire her because she did such a great job. She got dumped because ST and the gang were vengeful and then ST used her salary to give GP more.  The only bitterness on this board is by you and several others who have had tremendous trouble rousing your base and fielding candidates.  So pipe down Mary--your green eye shadow is showing not to mention your slip.   (of the tongue that is)

And MT with all do respect, because I often like what you say and believe you to be a decent and good man, she didn't bolt off this board.  She still lives in Rotterdam. You have bad info.   You all took issue with her on this board because her predictions were dead on.  Deb a wannabe??lol   She has been asked to run for office by BOTH Reps and Dems and said NO to both.  She had no aspirations to be part of your political system in Rotterdam. Deb came to Rotterdam from Catholic Charities. She is an Albany County Democrat and has always been active with the party there.  She was the best Director that the seniors ever had and STILL works on behalf of them.  Call her and ask her.  She would gladly speak to you.

Don't act like such a jerk MM.  BTW I have forwarded your posts to her.  Maybe she will give them to her attorney because she HAD a good civil rights case against the town.  Then why didn't they fire her if they had cause?.  Why go to the trouble to eliminate her job?  Because they had no cause and even Guidarelli told her what a great job she did when he heard she had taken his kid to DC and matched him with a Veteran. You just hate it because your own Reps spoke out against what happened to her.  If I start naming names, you are going to LOOK ridiculous to this board and the rest of the County.  Why don't you stop wasting your time on this forum and see if you can sell some tickets to the Lincoln Day dinner in MARCH!  Like I said in an earlier post, why not offer yourself up to have pies thrown at you, bet lots folks would come to your dinner.  I bet Villa Italia would donate the pies.

Oh? She took her house off the market?  She posted that here in the forum, it's not something I pulled out of thin air.

My "issue" with Ms Riitano had nothing to do with her "predictions" - it was her attitude, lies and performance I personally had an issue with.
