Priceless? There aren't enough words!!! The names are the same. The same players. And clearly, these same developers only come forward when the liberal socialists are in. Will someone get their hands greased or favors doled out 20-30 years later? At least the last administration was clearly FOR the residents.

Keep an eye on this administration folks and do your homework!!!

I give to you the Dolan Drive / Price Chopper move of Dunnsville Road...again.

Why is it that since they have been working on this project for so long that it comes to the board as soon as there's a change in power?  And in such a bad economy that other projects have been pulled?  Can they not take the chance of this taking too long and falling under a board with a different share of power?  If this was so important, why wasn't this brought in front of the board last November?  Last summer some time when they could immediately jump on the changes?  Instead, its taken on now?

These articles are priceless!  I'm hoping that the current Board members are reading this Forum...it's a good reminder for them as to the history of the "developers" in our Town.   And it supports the statements made by the residents at the public hearing on 2/24/2010.  Let's get it all out in the open...this is 2010, not last century!

Many of the water problems in this town can be traced back to some of these developers. The poor choice of building sites, lack of proper drainage, total lack of oversight and maintenance on the towns part, and no responsibility placed on developers when problems arose. Do we really want to go back to that era again? How's Rotterdam's comp plan doing?
