 Lauren Stanforth {TU}-A city man died early this morning after he was apparently shot outside the Eldorado Bar and then driven to Ellis Hospital-McClellan Campus by a car the crashed through the facility doors. The SPD were called around 1:25 AM to the area of the Eldorado Bar, 939 Crane St, after gunshots were heard. Police were unable to locate a victim. A few minutes later police received a second call for a vehicle that had driven through the ambulance emergency room doors. A man with a gunshot wound was in the backseat of the car. Detectives interviewed the driver. The victim was later pronounced dead from a gunshot wound to the chest. Anyone with info is urged to immediately call the SPD at 382-5263. |
