Yesterday Diane Marco sued the town in small claims court and it was held in the Glenville Court! Of course the Gazette knows NOTHING ABOUT IT AND REFUSES TO COVER IT!!! She is looking to get $550.00 for working three days when she wasn't authorized to do so! WHAT AUDACITY! She is an appointed position and wanted to work extra and get an hourly rate for the time she was not entitled to! HOLY SMOKES!

Since the court records are open to the public, it is idiotic to claim that there was an attempt to keep it a secret.

She did the work -- she deserves to be paid.    Frank DelGallo would expect to be paid if someone bought a pool from him or bought food at his eating establishment.  It is about time that Mr. Del Gallo learned that he is not above the law.

Even the rotterdam seniors are saying that her time was not authorized.

Oh well, guess the rotterdam taxpayers will pick up the tab on this one and the courts will decide!!

First Diane Marco gets fired by her own DEMS at the Senoir Gossip Center. Than she has the nerve, chutzpah and gall to sue the town. The town should sue her for dereliction of duty. Marco still refuses to resign from her City Hall lob job. Another new low even for this pathetic crew. Vote for Andrea Commarto for Town Clerk. Now more than ever.

Really.....4 days to election.....

Heard in the Donut Shop

The 2 former employees of the Sr Center are owed much more money than what DM is claiming..
Working for 3rd employee when:   2009 hiatis to Italy (3 months)
                                                2010 crisis in family ( ? days/hrs )
                                                2011 hiatis to Argentina ( 5 weeks)
plus hours worked and not paid because of schedule downsized and  passed in unfair resolution by TB
3rd employee paid 13.00/hr  ++++++ 2 former employees 8.50/hr
3rd employee 17 hr/wk          ++++++2 former employees 11.5 hr/wk

Now who owes who money ....employees were treated very unfairly, bullied and threatened on a daily basis
before DM was terminated....grievances filed....but all that was to be followed upon investigation, DM did not
do.    DM was replaced for 6 months in 2010 by MG.....WHY?  maybe it had to do with possibly  incorrect time
sheets  designated to work 17.5 hr/wk....and could be conflict with city job.
On top of that, tips were taken away by resolution passed by TB....allegations were made of theft of monies
/product....former employees exposed to chemicals and not given proper instruction or equipment for protection.
OSHA issue...allegations that former employees were tardy and intentionally calling in sick on Fridays....they
were not scheduled to work Fridays by resolution...allegation that 1 former employee was working intentionally
at another job on Fridays...and stalked to see if it was true.....it wasn't....TB notified and was asked how to
handle this....WHY not the Supervisor?
Allegation that a customer was touching Town money...picture taken ....in front of 2 other customers.  NOT TRUE
that day one of the customers had an accident on the way home ....and passed away a short time later...was
very upset at what he had witnessed.....it;s still remembered to this day by the former employees how very
upsetting it was to be contantly badgered about nothing but made into something with lies.

The Donut Shop seems to be the only place where you can hear the truth...Stop in sometime and have a cup of
java

What did these 2 former employees get out of their total committment and responsible behavior to their duties
working for the Town?    not a damn thing.  Why did they stay???   they were told it would get better....and it
never did.

So what happened in Niskayuna...they fully understand...and suddenly the one who was the employee now
becomes the troublemaker......politics has no place in a venue that should be bipartisan....
What a joke .....back pay for what???   you get paid for all the problems you caused...DM needs to takes a step
back and stop running over the very people she supposedly has a genuine interest in and has paid her wages.

AMEN

Anyone thinking of still voting for Diane Marco for Town Clerk should get help. How many lob jobs can one person have at the same time? She might actually rival Goofy. The back pay amount is strictly chump change. The fact that she had to go to court and make a fool out of herself is sickening. Here's what she should get-NOTHING. The town should be suing her. Another DEM political pig who must be removed kicking and screaming from the public trough.
