What do you consider a conspiracy source?

Fake conspiratorial sites...self explanatory. Ask Bumbler, they have all of them bookmarked!!!!

Jury findings do not dictate truth, they dictate a decision based on information presented to them.
Their findings do not validate truth or non-truth, simply a verdict.

What is the difference between verdict and truth?

Verdict
a verdict is the formal finding of fact made by a jury on matters or questions submitted to the jury by a judge.

Truth
that which is true or in accordance with fact or reality.

a fact or belief that is accepted as true.

So Richard Nixon may not be a crook?  Since a vote to impeach doesn't necessarily mean it is true he did what he was convicted of.

So Richard Nixon may not be a crook?  Since a vote to impeach doesn't necessarily mean it is true he did what he was convicted of.

What he was "accused" of! Never convicted by the Senate because he resigned and was pardoned by Ford.
But that does not change what he did, it just eliminates the accountability for his actions.

A verdict is a formal finding of fact, and truth is in accordance with fact.  But a verdict isn't necessarily truth.  Like you said.

What did Nixon do?  He was accused, never convicted.  Who is the trier of fact that found truth in the accusation?

Yes, absent of conviction of the crime, what is the truth about Nixon's role in Watergate?  How do you come to your conclusion of what is true?

Seriously...do you really need to be spoon fed all the time? Hernandez's convictions has been set aside because he is dead....does that mean he didn't commit the crime?
Your position is one of simply issuing "alternate facts"!

Hernandez was convicted of murder by a jury in 2015.  He died during his appeal.  Good point though.  If he won the appeal and overturned the original murder conviction, did he commit the crime?  What's the truth?

Is it true that an orange is orange ?  not if you put it in a closet and close the door.  The truth can be hard to find.

Especially if the person that told you it was orange was considered color blind and what he sees as orange you see as red.

You must have missed this: Aaron Hernandez Died an Innocent Man, Conviction Overturned
Quoted Text
The 2013 guilty verdict rendered against Aaron Hernandez, the former New England Patriots star and convicted murderer who committed suicide in his prison cell last month, has been thrown out by a Massachusetts judge. The ruling comes after Hernandez's appellate attorneys made a request under a long-standing legal principle in Massachusetts – which holds that when a defendant dies before their direct appeal is decided, their convictions should be vacated.
