When Science finds the "gay gene" and can determine it inside the womb, I'm interested to see how many 100% pro-choicers start thinking about exclusions...

BINGO.....there will be another billboard public announcement about no discriminating abortion....

I don't care what a person chooses...but the definitions will be projected upon the populace by those in the legislation
regulation business.....

you know the non-discrimination board posted at everyone's jobs.....yeah,,,,,that's fu(king utopia isn't it??????

I think it will be more interesting when human's are conceived, incubated and engineered in a laboratory, and owned by a drug company like Pfizer, and humans are then literally property of a corporation sold for profit.

I personally am pro-life....not pro-death.
however...I really don't give a rata's a$$ if it's law or not.
I don't vote....so it don't matter much to me....they are ALL jerks!!!
Everyone can make their own choices and deal with the consequences when they die....IF there is a God, that is!

Finally a reasonable response.

Unfortunately, you are like so many living in Nazi Germany or Stalinist Russia and choosing to ignore the plight of others.   Extremists (like Tonko and Tkacyzk on abortion) are able to sell "The Big Lie" precisely because of the apathy of folks like you or the fear of others to get involved.  I refuse to be apathetic and, quite honestly, there is absolutely nothing that Tonko and Tkaczyk can do to keep me silent on this issue.  Their views on abortion amount to supporting the worst form of child abuse, the most egregious form of human right abuse and pose a threat to the very foundation of God-given and our Constitutionally protected freedoms.

Tkaczyk and many others who share her extremist views will be defeated in 2014.  The rest will be on our list to defeat in 2016 and beyond.  Like the War on Terrorism, the Pro-Life Campaign may take years to achieve victory -- but ultimately it will achieve victory.

You are the biggest extremist of them all.

Germany in the 1930's thought that Hitler and his regime should have a choice of who lived and who died.

NARAL, Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Tonko, Cuomo, Tkaczyk, etc. think that others should have a choice whether a bababy in the mother's womb lives or dies.

The fact that Tonko wouldn't vote to end the blatant human rights violation of gender selection abortion speaks volumes.   Why does Tonko support this blatant violation of human rights?  Why won't he vote to help reduce abortion which is the worst form of domestic violence?

Is it true you were asked to be guest speaker on the topic "abortion is murder" at the Mosque on Brandywine?

Just wondering -

Do we need a law that bans smoking in daycare centers ?

You are the biggest extremist of them all.

You claim to be a Libertarian and you call someone who defends the most basic liberty -- the right to life -- and extremist.  You are NOT a friend of liberty.  You are NOT a supporter of the most cherished ideals embedded in our nation's Constitution.

Need?

I absolutely do not need any law regarding smoking anywhere.

Anti-smoking laws directed against private businesses are absolutely improper.

In private businesses the free market would make the necessary changes as needed.

Plus the local anti-smoking laws allow private clubs to smoke, but not private businesses.

Even if you are the only person in a building or vehicle.

So, in answer to your question, private daycare businesses already are covered by current local regulation.

Again, unequal treatment under the law, based on official government recognized status.

You aren't defending the right to life.

You are proposing a law demanding that your beliefs be forced on others.

That is extremism.

The Taliban and ISIS both agree with you.

All laws are use of force.

Use of force is only acceptable in self defense, not as an offensive weapon.

If you truly believe you would be legally defending a fetus' right to life, then use as much force as needed to prevent an abortion and see how your claim holds up in court.

I do not consider interfering in other families' personal business to be self defense and I would never agree to use force on them.

Your argument is that abortion is murder of a person; thereby self defense would be a legitimate use of force.

The problem is that no person has ever been found justified in using force against abortionists.

Just band together with the other extremists and buy all the places that perform abortions and close them.

That's a pretty simple plan.

Calling 57 million people who had abortions and the 100 million that performed and assisted the procedure for them, murderers is a losing battle.

They outnumber the total number of actual voters.

Would you retroactively imprison all who participated?

While I totally agree that abortion is wrong, I still agree that you have no right to decide what is right for everyone.

Another idea.

Demand that both the mother and the sperminator be required to sign off on all abortions.

Does the sperminator have no rights to his own creation?

Plus if you used the force of the law to force people to have unwanted children, you must accept financial responsibility for those children.

Myself, I would want the government out of personal lives and to allow unwanted children to be offered for sale to parents seeking children.

What is worse, selling a baby to those who can't conceive, or exterminating it?

I would say that the laws regarding Class A carcinogens are pretty specific.
Everyone should be protected from Class A Carcinogens, like cigarette smoke.

You do know that oral birth control for women are level 1 carcinogens right?  CVS didn't stop selling birth control.

Do you support the morning after pill for minors?  Should under age girls be able to ingest level one carcinogens?

Good thing with Obamacare....Level 1 carcinogens are free for women. Don't forget to take your daily carcinogen, if you miss a day, you may get pregnant!

Don't risk getting pregnant, risk developing cancer....And certainly DON'T SMOKE TOBACCO...It's bad for your health.
